Company Story

Vanasse & Daylor, LLP is a formal association of two Greater Boston corporations: R.D. Vanasse & Associates, Inc. and Daylor Consulting Group, Inc.  Its founding partners, Robert D. Vanasse, P.E., and Robert F. Daylor, P.E., P.L.S. established the firm in 1997 to provide comprehensive services in land planning, environmental sciences, city and regional planning, landscape architecture, traffic engineering, transportation planning, and civil/site engineering to clients in Florida and the Caribbean.

Headquartered in Fort Myers, VanasseDaylor has established itself as a leader in land development consulting services in the Southwest/Central Florida region.  Strategically located within three hours from Tampa, Orlando and Miami, VanasseDaylor has a client base that includes a broad range of private and public sector entities. The firm's local expertise extends even further, with its seventy-person satellite capacity in the Boston area. This resource is merely a keystroke away, with Intranet communication systems enabling immediate access to professional resources in engineering, planning and environmental sciences. By combining professional resources in Florida and Boston, VanasseDaylor is uniquely able to offer its clients innovative satellite-office support and on-the-ground quality design.
