VanasseDaylor prepares and processes numerous rezoning applications, comprehensive plan amendments, and applications for development approvals. These services include detailed project summaries, attendance at all county staff, public hearings, and preparation of required exhibits. In addition, VanasseDaylor can prepare and/or consult on Design Guidelines for residential and commercial projects.
